My basement flooded from a broken pipe. Kingsley came out the 1hr after my call to Kace Restoration and began the water mitigation. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Took the time explain what he'd be doing and within a few hours he moved furniture and set up all the necessary equipment to dry out my wet basement. Kate Restoration team did am amazing Job. My basement had sewage that overflowed from the toilet and shower stall into the rest of the basement. Kace Restoration quoted a fair price and submitted the paperwork to the insurance company. They did an excellent job with the cleanup and I would not hesitate to use them again if needed

Excellent service. Kingsley was so helpful and nice. Very accommodating and finished sooner than expected.

Unfortunately, we had to use Kingsley twice. My mom had a sump pump failure and then a power outage which resulted in water in the basement. Kingsley was quick to respond and helped make a frustrating situation better. **If you don't have a generator, get a battery powered, back-up sump pump. I wish someone would have recommended that from the beginning.

It was good to have a since of peace even tho I was flooded he took his time and explained how it all works and I am very pleased with the service would definitely recommend
